Regina Woods leads executive and organizational development practices globally for Robert Half and has been with the enterprise for 12 years. She has over 20 years of professional development experience in industries spanning from hospitality management to residential construction, with areas of focus in sales, marketing, leadership, organizational development and training facilitation.
Regina has broad expertise in executive coaching, organizational culture, leadership development, group facilitation, team performance, and change management. She is a sought-out keynote speaker and host for several client-sponsored conferences and seminars. Regina is the resident expert in designing and delivering programs to help leaders grow themselves, develop their teams, and elevate their business. She actively consults with senior, global executives to determine organizational and strategic development needs.
Regina holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of the Pacific and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. She holds certifications in various leadership tools and assessments, such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, The Center for Creative Leadership’s Benchmarks® 360-degree assessment, The Leadership Circle Profile®, CTI’s Co-Active Coaching, InsideOut™ Coaching, and is currently studying to become a practitioner of human-centered design through the Luma Institute.
