Diversity Programs Director

Jasmine M. Johnson is the Diversity Programs Director at ManpowerGroup, and is responsible for leading ManpowerGroup’s best-in-class Supplier Diversity Initiative in North America, as well as, implementing innovative diverse workforce solutions for our clients. She joined ManpowerGroup in November 2018 after a successful 12 ½ year career at Pfizer where in her last role she served as an Alliance Development Manager in Illinois where she led the advocacy strategy to support Pfizer’s legislative and policy objectives while increasing visibility, reputation, and colleague engagement. Jasmine has a passion for making a difference through advocacy both at work and in her community.

Jasmine was most recently selected as a participant of the 2020 Young American Leaders Program through Harvard Business School, and serves on several boards and committees including the United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County and is an inaugural Board member of the Milwaukee Parks Foundation. She is a member of Milwaukee Women, Inc. (MWi), Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., The Links, Inc. and Jack & Jill of America, Inc.

Jasmine holds a Master of Science degree in Management from Cardinal Stritch University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin- Parkside. Jasmine resides in the Greater Milwaukee area and recognizes the significance of working hard, performing strong, and giving back. She juggles it well with grace, style, and class all while being motivated by her 13-year old son, Jeremiah.
