Silent Auction Rules & Guidelines
The Corporate Power Play opportunity will allow the winning bidder to play a round of golf with the corresponding representative during the CWS Memorial Fundraiser.
In order to redeem the Corporate Power Play at the CWS tournament, the winning bidder must be registered for the golf tournament by March 1, 2019.
All Sales are Final.
Bids must meet or exceed specified minimum bid value and must be in specified increments.
Payment for winning items is acceptable by credit card - Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
Upon purchase, the winning bidder waives any claim of liability against WBENC, and the donor of any purchased items. Neither WBENC nor the donor are responsible for any personal injuries or damages that result from the use of any product or service sold.
Purchases are not transferable from the buyer to a third-party.
Once bidding has closed, the winning bidder will be notified by WBENC Auction Staff.
The official Rules & Guidelines will serve as an agreement that the winning bidder will purchase the item for the agreed amount.
Payment in full is mandatory for the buyer to receive the item within 24 hours of the winning notification.
Bidder must be present at the CWS Memorial Fundraiser tournament to claim their Corporate Power Play.
There is no guarantee of contract.
Follow Up Meeting Specifics:
For those items which also include a follow up meeting with the Corporate Power Play representative to occur at a later date, the winning bidder will work directly with the designated person at the corporation to arrange the logistics of this meeting
The timing of the follow up meeting will be mutually agreed upon depending on the representative’s schedule, but the meeting must occur within one year of the original purchase date.
Unless otherwise specified, the follow up meeting will take place at the representative’s corporate headquarters.
All travel and lodging related to the follow up meeting will be paid for by the winning bidder.
Attendance at the follow up meeting is limited to two people representing the winning bidder’s company.
The representative(s) or executive(s) named in the auction will take part in the follow-up meeting.
