Terri E. McNally is the founder and President of Global Capital, Ltd., an asset management and equipment financing company serving Fortune 1000 companies in 13 countries. The Chicago-based firm helps companies grow by securing equipment financing and overcoming capital constraints. 

A natural leader and recognized expert in equipment financing solutions, Terri established Global Capital to partner with clients throughout the life cycle of the deal from the beginning, to the midterm and ultimately the conclusion of the lease negotiations. Global Capital funds its own transactions and does not sell its deals.

Prior to Global Capital, Terri held positions with GE Capital, Fleet Capital and AT&T Capital where she focused on originating and structuring equipment financing transactions. With more than 25 years of financial experience in operations, financial statement and cash flow analysis and global business, Terri has closed in excess of $1.0 billion dollars in equipment financing.  

A passionate and committed advocate for women entrepreneurs, Terri understands that economic empowerment of women businesses owners is a critically important business issue both domestically and internationally. A member of the National Leadership Forum and previous member of the Board of Directors for the Women’s Business Enterprise Council (WBENC), she’s engaged in efforts to train and mentor female business owners in the U.S. On her own, Terri is a frequent speaker around the world on the topics of mentoring female entrepreneurs, developing diverse business communities, entrepreneurship, and finance. Recent speaking engagements include summits in Mexico City, Dubai, Berlin, and the United Kingdom. 

In 2010, Terri co-founded Women for Wounded Warriors to help spouses and caregivers of military personnel to receive training, mentorship and ultimately economic empowerment.  
     
She is an active member of The Chicago Network, The Executives Club of Chicago, WE Connect, International Women’s Forum Chicago, and IWF UK, a network whose members are women that make a difference through the thoughtful exercise of leadership, power, and influence. 

Terri brings energy, enthusiasm and leadership to all her activities and a proven ability to create positive and lasting relationships throughout the world. She is a mother to four children and grandmother to two girls.
