Sue Bhatia, CEO, founded Rose International in 1993. Under her leadership, Rose emerged as a force in the IT and Business Services arena. The company offers service lines under two business areas: Technology and Workforce Solutions. Rose is a leader in providing innovative end-to-end technology services to both commercial organizations and government agencies from branch offices, Centralized Recruiting Centers and development centers in 20+ U.S. cities and India. With thousands of associates across the U.S. and steady revenue growth, Rose International is recognized as one of the country's fastest-growing and most successful companies.

Under Mrs. Bhatia’s leadership, Rose International became the largest woman-owned business in St. Louis, MO, and has received numerous honors and other acknowledgments. Rose has been recognized by Staffing Industry Analysts and was named to these distinguished lists: Largest U.S. Staffing Firms and Largest U.S. IT Staffing Firms. These lists are made up of all publicly traded and private firms that participate. The company has also been recognized as the largest temporary staffing firm in St. Louis and named one of the 50 Fastest Growing Women-Owned Companies in North America by the Women Presidents’ Organization (WPO). The company was also awarded the National Minority Supplier Development Council’s (NMSDC) Regional Supplier of the Year award.  Rose has also been consistently recognized as one of St. Louis' most important companies, and also recognized nationally as one of the country's top woman- and minority-owned businesses by Minority Business News, the Indus Business Journal and many other publications and organizations. Prestigious publications such as Inc, BusinessWeek and Working Woman have also highlighted the achievements of Rose International. 

Additionally, Mrs. Bhatia herself has received many awards, including the NMSDC’s Minority Business Leadership Award, and was also ranked 13th on Fast Company’s list of the Top 25 Women Business Builders in North America. She was also awarded an Enterprising Women of the Year Award by Enterprising Women magazine. Mrs. Bhatia has also received the U.S. Small Business Administration's National Entrepreneurial Success Award, and the Missouri Small Business Person of the Year award. Earlier this year, she was named a WBENC Woman of Distinction. 

While her responsibilities at Rose occupy most of her available time, Mrs. Bhatia has always found time to develop and promote women entrepreneurs around the world. Furthering global women’s business development is an important area of focus for her. At the World Export Development Forum (WEDF) in Chongqing, China, she spoke on the need for businesses to adapt to comply with the new realities within the global supply chain. Mrs. Bhatia also spoke at the WEDF in Switzerland on the vast contribution that women business owners can make to the growth of the global economy. Also, at the OECD in Tokyo, she chaired the International Software Panel. Representing the U.S. at this event, she made policy recommendations to OECD for enhancing the role of small and medium enterprise in the global value chain. 

Mrs. Bhatia has also worked in several other ways to develop minority- and woman-owned businesses. She currently serves on the NMSDC’s Board of Directors and as the Vice-chair of the Board of Managers of the St. Louis Minority Business Council. Other examples of her involvement include; serving on the President's Initiative on Race, acting as a mentor for Women in Technology International (WITI), previous member of the Enterprising Women Advisory Board and previous service as a board of director for the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). Mrs. Bhatia has also spoken and given her insight during various events including; the Missouri Conference for Women, the U.S. Pan Asian American Chamber of Chamber of Commerce's (USPAACC) CelebrAsian business conference, several WBENC national conferences and the Accelerating Women's Entrepreneurship global forum in Istanbul, Turkey. 

Mrs. Bhatia holds a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Design from SPA, New Delhi, India and a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Missouri, St. Louis
