Sharon Evans is CEO of CFJ Manufacturing a mid-size American company. She launched her own path to business in 1983 opening Collections Fine Jewelry, located in Saginaw, Texas. Her personable approach with customers led to rapid growth and in 1997 resulted in the creation of a second business, CFJ Manufacturing, headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas. Continuing her focus on customer service and customer product requirements, CFJ Manufacturing has evolved into a global provider of Total Employee Recognition Programs, Branded Merchandise, and uniforms. Recently a third company was launched, Wings, which is dedicated to embroidery production. Sharon’s pioneering spirit, along with the combined efforts of her global staff, has led to the creation of innovative programs and integrated technologies for her customer base.
Sharon serves as the first WBE in the role of Chairperson for the Women’s Business Council – Southwest. Ms. Evans is a two time WBE Advocate of the Year award winner, as well a member of the WBE Hall of Fame. Sharon has been named Enterprising Woman of the Year, received the Inner City 100 Award and the Global Business Award for International Business Excellence in Fort Worth along with numerous other awards and recognitions over the years.
Sharon is founder of Small World Children’s Foundation and enjoys working with multiple community projects. She resides in Ft. Worth, Texas with her husband Stephen.
