Olsa Martini is Founder, President and CEO of OLSA Resources, a nationally recognized staffing and engineering firm. While managing her company, she has faced and overcome many challenges to create her current level of success, adding multiple Fortune 500 companies and other nationally known businesses to the client list. Ms. Martini’s goal is to strategically expand by combining efficiency and passion with an energized team of dedicated employees.
In 2002, OLSA Resources became a certified woman-owned company. In 2005, Ms. Martini was selected and accepted the position of Chair of The Oregon Leadership Forum for ASTRA Women’s Business Alliance. ASTRA is a non-profit organization that certifies, educates and supports women-owned businesses on the west coast (an affiliate of WBENC). During her tenure, Ms. Martini has represented ASTRA on the state and national level, and has been the ASTRA representative for the Forum Governing Group for WBENC (Women’s Business Enterprises National Council). She currently is the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of Astra and serves on the Board of Directors for WBENC.
Over the years, Ms. Martini has been awarded the WBENC Women’s Business Enterprise Star Award, ASTRA’s Founders’ Award, and Growth Award. Her firm, OLSA Resources, Inc. has been awarded the Best of Portland in Engineering, the Best of Portland in Staffing, and the Best of Portland for Three Times Winner.
OLSA Resources was honored by being featured on the cover of WE USA Magazine for being one of the Nation’s leading advocates for Women’s Business Enterprises (WBE’s) as suppliers to corporate America. Recently, Olsa Martini was recognized by MBE Magazine as one of twenty-five (25) awardees as a national WBEs Who Rock! Winners for this award were selected from client nominations from around the country.
In addition to these accolades received by the firm and Ms. Martini, ManpowerGroup has awarded the Manpower Circle of Excellence award for performance to OLSA Resources for the past three years. The firm has received this award from the Manpower and Tapfin lines of business. Ms. Martini is a founding member of the Manpower Supplier Diversity Advisory Board. Manpower joined forces with 12 key strategic partners from each region of the country to exchange best practices and market trends in areas including research and development, business strategy and business efficiencies in an effort to improve supplier diversity performance and client solutions.
Success continues at OLSA Resources as the company has opened a beautiful new headquarters building in Hillsboro, OR and recently expanded, opening an office in Philadelphia and Tirana, Albania. The company is on track to having a revenue-record breaking year.
